The L.R.A. successor to one of Chicago's oldest BDSM Social Clubs in
furtherance of its mission of providing educational and social
opportunities to the Chicago Alternative Community proudly announces
Psychological Play with Wilson & Lora.
What is it like to bruise the mind? Why do we crave inflicting or
experiencing emotional pain? How real can it get? This class will touch on
various types of emotional and psychological sensation and pain, the risks
and pleasures of going deep into someone’s head, safer and edgier ways of
going about it, and the thrill of unpredictability. We will discuss
psychological SM from both the top’s and the bottom’s perspectives and end
with a demonstration and a Q & A session.
Wilson & Lora are active in the Chicago BDSM community and have been
honored to speak around the country on a variety of alt sex topics.
Experienced BDSM practitioners, we love the raw, intense, raucous sides of
BDSM and believe that BDSM is a unique means through which to explore and
uninhibitedly unleash powerful desires and emotions. Perverts to the core,
we love the challenge of pushing and prodding at boundaries, reaching for
more in search of the intensity that we each crave. We “go deep” and take
what we do very seriously, but we also have a great time with it, which we
make every effort to reflect in our presentations. Our presentations,
although often focused on what many would consider edge play, are geared
toward demystifying even the most intense forms of BDSM scenes by delving
into the sources of their power, focusing on practical issues and,
whenever feasible, providing a demonstration followed by a Q & A session.

Throughout the seminar and at its conclusion you will have the opportunity
to ask questions and get actual hands on practice. The fun and learning
does not end there though, for all FIRST time seminar attendees you will
receive an invitation to return to the LRA that evening you to practice
all of what you have learned in our play space. This will give you a
chance to try out what you have just learned as well as meet other members
of the club.
All we ask is that you sign our standard guest waiver, have government
issued photo identification , to prove that you are 19 years of age or
older, and that you respect the fact that the LRA is an alcohol and drug
free space and that no alcohol or drugs may be brought into the space or
ingested at the LRA. RSVP's are appreciated, but not required. You can
